Delivery and Returns

The delivery of the selected product/s is carried out by courier company Speedy or Econt.
 
Orders confirmed by 3:00 PM are shipped the same day. Orders confirmed after 4pm are dispatched the next day.
 
After receiving the confirmation of availability and readiness for shipment from the user, the delivery takes place within the next two working days. ATTENTION! There are settlements that have a special mode of delivery by Speedy/Econt and deviate from the above conditions.
 
The cost of delivery is not included in the price of the product. It is charged additionally to the purchase amount.
 
The cost of delivery to the territory of the country is:
 
For amounts up to BGN 120 according to the tariffs of Speedy / Econt
 
For amounts over BGN 120, delivery is free.
 
When the shipment is with Cash on Delivery/NP/ the user receives an SMS on the day of delivery in which the bill of lading and the amount for NP are mentioned. In the event that the courier does not find the user at the specified address, he is contacted on the specified phone number to specify the day of delivery. Please note that we cannot guarantee same day delivery if you have already been visited once.
 
When the shipment is paid by bank transfer, in the event that the courier does not find the user at the specified address, contact him on the specified phone number to specify the day of delivery. Please note that we cannot guarantee same day delivery if you have already been visited once.
 
Return
 
According to Art. 55, paragraph 1 of the Law on Consumer Protection, the customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days / calendar days / from the date of receipt, provided the following conditions are met: The factory appearance of the goods has not been violated, the goods have not been used, all factory labels are not damaged or removed; An official tax document for the purchase is presented - receipt, cash on delivery receipt or invoice; The customer is obliged to pay the costs of returning the goods, including transport costs, etc. courier or bank charges related to the refund of the purchase price paid. The customer is entitled to receive only the value of the returned goods as reflected in the purchase document.
 
If it is necessary to return sums paid by card for agreed services performed by us, this will be done by us through a credit transaction on the card with which the payment was made.
